At UnWrapped Beauty, we process each order as a custom order, and processing and shipping time frames may vary based on the specific hair collection and product. We recommend that you place your order well in advance of any event or deadline to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by shipping vendors. Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

 

LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

 

PRE-ORDER

We are pleased to introduce a streamlined pre-order system for your convenience. Pre-orders will be accepted from the 1st through the 17th of each month. Following this window, pre-orders will resume on the 1st of the next month.  

Anticipated delivery of all orders to the salon is set for the 4th of every month. Our current practice involves placing a consolidated order with our trusted vendor by the 17th, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 4th. 

Orders placed between the 17-31 will be orders with the vendor on the 1st, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 17th.

For your planning, please note that the standard processing time for pre-orders is estimated to be within 12-17 business days. Kindly be advised that shipping costs are separate from the product price.

COLOR

We strongly recommend that hair bundles be colored only by a licensed professional to maintain the hair's integrity and curl pattern. It is important not to attempt coloring at home if you are not licensed, as improper handling can damage the hair.

Please note, the color selection process takes 2-3 days, not including shipping time. You will receive email updates throughout this process.

Additionally, we do not recommend lifting the hair beyond level 7. This means avoiding blonde, platinum, or grey shades.

We take great pride in our products and strive to maintain the highest levels of sanitation and quality control. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our human hair products under any circumstances. FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

Pre-Installation Care:

Before installation, it's important to soak your hair for 30 mintues in Apple Cider Vinger.  Next Shampoo hair with moisturizing shampoo while keeping the rubber band intact. This allows for a thorough assessment of the bundles and control as you give the hair a deep clean.  Deep Condition with rich hydrating treatment mask.

 

 

Maintenance Routine:

To maintain the health of your curly hair extensions, we suggest a using a moisturizng shampoo biweekly or when needed to removed product build-up.  Conditioner-(CoWash) weekly. This helps retain moisture to prevent matting or tangling.

 

Dry Shampoo

When you want to refresh the hair without shampooing.  We recommend using Amika Perk-Up Plus Dry Shampoo to refresh and nourishes hair stands.  This Dry shampoo absorbs oil, reduces order, and gives hair a freshly washed look without a trace of white residue, all while restoring "Oomph" back into the hair.

 

 

Shampoo/CoWash maintenance:

-Remove Clip-in from style.  HAND WASH ONLY

- Detangle each section using fingers or brush, starting from the ends to the root.

-Fully saturate each section with water. In a downward motion. (NEVER BUNCH UP HAIR)

-Apply Moisturizing Shampoo to each section at a time.

 -Apply rich hydrating condtioner to palm of hand then rub down the length of hair using your finger to detangle at the same time.  Twist  section when finish.
- Repeat for each section then twist all the sections into a bun and let the conditioner sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a micro-fiber towel or t-shirt to avoid frizz.

-Apply a generous amount of leave in conditioner and /or Curly Referesher Spray to loose hair.
- Apply a Quater-size amount of anti-frizz serm and glossy polisher spray and allow hair to air dry down.

 

Daily Care:

• Finger detangle or Brush for styling
•  Spray with Curl Refresher spray, and styling foam if needed. Spray alcohol-free glossy hair polisher Mist for shine and frizz control.  Excessive product may lead to stiff hair which may cause matting and tangling. When product has build-up, it is time to shampoo.

Bed-Time:

 Remove Clip-Ins, store with a satin scrunchy around them.

We recommend hydrating products with smoothing properties to maintain moisture and reduce frizz. Some of our favorite Products Include:

-Mielle Pomegranate & Honey Curl Refreseher Spray, Leave- In Conditioner.  Create your own Curl Refresher Spray (80% water, 10% leave-In Conditioner, 10% Essential Oil).

-Fantasia IC Hair Polisher Mist and Frizz Buster Serm 

-UnBursh to brush the hair. 

-The Doux Crazy Sexy Curl Setting Foam to define curls and control frizz.  Great for the perfect Natural Wash & Go style.

 

Color

Use Color shampoo that targets the color that you have for Maximum hydration and results.  For Blonde we Recommend Matrix Brass Off Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-In treatment.  Matrix Food For Soft  Shampoo, Condtioner and Hydration Mask to keep hair soft and managable. Dp Hue Glossy Glaze color condtioner for shine and softness.
