RETURNS:

We take great pride in our products and strive to maintain the highest levels of sanitation and quality control. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our human hair products under any circumstances. We kindly ask that you direct any questions you may have before making a purchase to our customer service team at info@unwrappedbeauty.com. All other products and accessories are also final sale.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

At UnWrapped Beauty, we process each order as a custom order, and processing and shipping time frames may vary based on the specific hair collection and product. We recommend that you place your order well in advance of any event or deadline to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by shipping vendors. Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

 

LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

 

PRE-ORDER

We are pleased to introduce a streamlined pre-order system for your convenience. Pre-orders will be accepted from the 1st through the 17th of each month. Following this window, pre-orders will resume on the 1st of the next month.  

Anticipated delivery of all orders to the salon is set for the 4th of every month. Our current practice involves placing a consolidated order with our trusted vendor by the 17th, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 4th. 

Orders placed between the 17-31 will be orders with the vendor on the 1st, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 17th.

For your planning, please note that the standard processing time for pre-orders is estimated to be within 12-17 business days. Kindly be advised that shipping costs are separate from the product price.

COLOR

We strongly recommend that hair bundles be colored only by a licensed professional to maintain the hair's integrity and curl pattern. It is important not to attempt coloring at home if you are not licensed, as improper handling can damage the hair.

Please note, the color selection process takes 2-3 days, not including shipping time. You will receive email updates throughout this process.

Additionally, we do not recommend lifting the hair beyond level 7. This means avoiding blonde, platinum, or grey shades.

Pre-Installation Care:

Before installation, it's important to soak your hair for 30 mintues in Apple Cider Vinger.  Next Shampoo hair with moisturizing shampoo while keeping the rubber band intact. This allows for a thorough assessment of the bundles and control as you give the hair a deep clean.

 

Installation for Weft Bundles Guidelines:

During installation, utilize the over and out method to minimize shedding. We recommend doubling the track by folding the weft in half to ensure the weft is positioned inward, away from the scalp. Avoid piercing the wefts as it may lead to excessive shedding. Additionally, consider sealing the wefts using a high-quality sealant. Trim the wefts only when absolutely necessary to prevent excess shedding.

 

Maintenance Routine:

To maintain the health of your curly hair extensions, we suggest a conditioner-only wash (CoWash) only when needed. This helps retain moisture and removes any buildup that could cause matting or tangling. For deep conditioning, opt for a thick conditioner with smoothing properties to minimize frizz.

 

Dry Shampoo

When you want to refresh the hair without shampooing.  We recommend using Amika Perk-Up Plus Dry Shampoo to refresh and nourishes hair stands.  This Dry shampoo absorbs oil, reduces order, and gives hair a freshly washed look without a trace of white residue, all while restoring "Oomph" back into the hair.

 

 

For an effective CoWash routine, follow these steps:
- Divide your hair into 7-10 sections before showering.

- Detangle each section using fingers or brush, starting from the ends to the root.

-Plait/Braid each section

- Fully saturate each section one at a time with water.

- Begin from the bottom of your install,  tying up the remaining hair on top of your head.
- Generously lather each section with conditioner and brush through with a Denman brush from ends to roots. Complete two passes to ensure thorough detangling.
- Repeat for the entire install, then twist the hair into a bun or braid and let the conditioner sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with twist or braid still in.  Pat dry with a micro-fiber towel or t-shirt to avoid frizz.

-Apply a generous amount of leave in conditioner and /or Curly Referesher Spray.
- Apply a Quater-size amount of smoothing oil or glossing polish to minimize frizz throughout the day.

 

Daily and Bed-time Care:

Brush or finger detangle through the hair for styling, and apply an alcohol-free glossing polish or serum as needed for shine and frizz control. Use a satin scarf and/or bonnet at bedtime to reduce frizz, and consider plaiting hair in sections for manageable hair in the morning.  In the morning, remove overnight protection add hair polish spray and finger detangel if needed, then style as desire.

Color

Use Color shampoo that targets that color that you have for Maximum hydration and results.  For Blonde we Recommend Matrix Brass Off Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-In treatment.
